Once you’ve had a chance to look it over, we’ll schedule a call to connect. This is a relaxed conversation where we’ll talk through your plans, answer any questions you may have, and see if we’re a great fit. I believe your photographer should feel like someone you trust and genuinely enjoy working with, so this step is all about making sure we’re aligned.
If you decide to move forward, I’ll send over a custom proposal that includes your contract and invoice. A 25% retainer is due at the time of signing to officially secure your date on my calendar. From there, we’ll begin planning your photography experience together, one that’s intentional and beautifully tailored to your story.

Travel up to 50 miles from Caldwell, Texas, is included in your session. For locations beyond that, a travel fee of $0.70 per mile applies, calculated from Caldwell.

I travel out of state, too! If your wedding is in a state that’s on my travel wishlist, I offer complimentary wedding coverage—you just cover the travel fees. It’s my way of combining my love for storytelling with my love for new places. ✈️

Every love story is unique, and so is every gallery I deliver. The number of images depends on the flow of your day, the size of your event, and the moments we capture together. That said, a good rule of thumb is at least 50 edited images per hour of coverage—often more! I focus on quality over quantity, making sure every photo you receive is meaningful, beautiful, and true to your story.

Yes, I carry full liability insurance to ensure peace of mind for all my clients. This coverage protects both you and me in the unlikely event of an accident or unforeseen issue during a session or event. Many venues require photographers to have insurance, so I’m happy to provide proof of coverage upon request.
